BACKEND WEB DEVELOPER
We are looking for a Back-End Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your coworkers into the application. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is therefore necessary as well.
Integration of user-facing elements developed by a front-end developers with server side logic
Building reusable code and libraries for future use
Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
Implementation of security and data protection
Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
Cooperate with native app developers and marketing team to match requirement and intent
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Proven working experience in server side web programming.
Proficient understanding of PHP, Python, NodeJS.
In depth knowledge on database technologies like MongoDB and MySQL
MEAN Stack development experience is good to have.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Setup and administration of backups.
Understanding framework like codeigitor and passportJS is good to have.
Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes.
Understanding of Apache, nignix servers and basic Ubuntu terminologies and commands.
Overall responsibility: Identifying partnership opportunities (in conjunction with our existing lead generation activities) for licensing our various audio and video technologies. Engaging with, developing, negotiating and closing licensing relationships with those leads.
Specific desirable experience:
A minimum of 2 years in a sales/business development role with a software, audio, or video technology company
Experience in selling/negotiating technology (digital)
Specific audio/music experience and industry connections
Specific video technology experience (from a licensing/sales standpoint)
DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE - DIGITAL (2 to 3 YEARS)
Global Delight is on the lookout for a data-driven digital marketer.
Run effective digital media campaigns on platforms including but not limited to SEM, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, Email Blasts, SEO, Remarketing etc.
Setting up campaigns and measuring their performance. Well versed with data tracking tools and has a bent for techno-driven marketing. He/She should be strong on analytics and analyzing to make meaningful insights.
Working on the target-based projects with spend v/s ROI maximization. Constantly hunting for related avenues to deploy campaigns and achieve positive results.
Working on presentation/analytics/MIS and weekly/daily updates.
Proficiency with written & spoken English.
Having exposure to the marketing of consumer software/apps/digital goods internationally such as Tier 1 countries: US, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy and the upcoming big markets.
He/She must also possess previous hands-on experience, demonstrate leadership qualities, report regularly, intimate knowledge and certification on GA/Adwords or similar platforms.
He/She must be experienced in developing a content marketing strategy for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Slideshare etc.) and other digital forums.
CREATIVE AND SENIOR CREATIVE DESIGNERS (3 to 6 YEARS)
Work closely with marketing team to provide them the graphic and visual aid
Preparing various Marketing Campaign Creatives, Websites, Ad Collaterals, Videos
Exploring new analytical tools for designs and understanding user behaviour.
Interpret data, analyze results using logical techniques and improve ongoing design of the products/website/creative content
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends of the users through app related data and creating Data Driven Design (DDD)
Should know the design principles, colors, fonts and design trends. Should have designed various collates for marketing communications in various forms.
Should have thorough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, Audacity, After Effects. (Google Sketch, Fruity Loops or any Visual/Audio Application is added bonus)
Should have knowledge of A/B testing tools such as Optimizly, Taplytics for Data Driven Design
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with respect to products and focus on improving User Experience and understand User Behaviour
Should have excellent communication skill (English). Should be a team player and willing to take up responsibilities.
