Global Delight announces Public Beta of its image capture and annotating tool-Voila

Voila is a first of its kind image capturing, annotating and sharing tool on the Mac platform.

NEW UDUPI, India, December 13, 2008 – Global Delight, today released the Beta version of Voila, its first application in the productivity segment. Voila is an image capturing, annotating and sharing tool wrapped up into a neat package. It is built to go with the flow-capture, elucidate and share things on users screen without breaking stride.

Its ability to capture a region from the screen in rectangular, circular, polygonal or free hand form, a full screen capture, timed capture or a menu capture makes it a versatile tool to suit Mac users needs. In addition, Voila is integrated with the right blend of annotating tools like texts, arrows, callouts, sprays, stamps and so on allowing users to convey ideas graphically and effectively along with the option to share them via email or iPhoto.

“Currently, the Mac platform offers a few image capture tools, none of which have the capability to have multiple capture options along with a good blend of annotation tools. Voila runs on Mac OS X 10.5.2 or later, and is designed to run on any Intel-based Mac running 1.25Ghz and above. iPhoto v6.0.1 or later is required for exporting captured or annotated images.
