UDUPI, INDIA — SEPTEMBER 2, 2015 – Global Delight today announced Global Delight Inc., its new office in Atlanta, GA, USA to help further its operations and expand its presence. The company also elected Mr. Jason Foodman and Mr. Ramachandra Acharya as the new President and CTO respectively, bringing in decades of industry experience to the company. These moves are part of a long-range strategic plan to expand the existing product line and related operations.
Global Delight is pleased to have Mr. Foodman on board as its new President. Mr. Foodman, who holds an MS in Computer Science, has been published and interviewed in many leading software & business magazines and has also filed multiple patents. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Foodman founded, operated and sold several companies that are some of the most important names in the B2B and B2C domain today. As one of the founders of 'FastSpring' (a global digital commerce platform), 'SwiftCD.com' and 'Trexar' amongst others, he brings a wealth of experience to Global Delight.
Mr. Ramachandra Acharya is now the new Chief Technological Officer (CTO) of Global Delight and will continue to drive the company's technological endeavors. Mr. Acharya provided the visionary engineering behind Boom, Boom 2 and Game Your Video, apps that are loved and acclaimed by users worldwide. He graduated at the top of his class with a Master's degree and served as a Professor in the prestigious NIT-K Engineering institution in India. In 2000, Mr. Acharya joined Robosoft Technologies and is now one of the most respected minds in the industry.
